Refund Policy

Programme Fee Refunds

Last updated 22 July 2026

This policy applies to programme fees paid directly to Codezela Career Accelerator (CCA). It should be read together with the payment plan, enrolment information and Terms and Conditions provided for the relevant programme.

Programme fees are ordinarily non-refundable once paid. A refund is available when CCA permanently cancels an enrolled programme because it is unable to continue delivery, or where a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

If CCA permanently cancels a programme, affected students will be informed directly and offered the refund arrangements described below.

Before cancelling a programme, CCA may offer a comparable intake, transfer or alternative delivery arrangement where this is practical. Reasonable changes to dates, trainers, locations, curriculum sequence or online, in-person or hybrid delivery do not amount to a cancellation where CCA continues to provide the programme or a substantially comparable learning opportunity.

Fees are not refundable when a student withdraws, changes their plans, is unable to continue for personal reasons, does not attend or complete programme requirements, or loses access because of non-payment or a material breach of programme rules. Students experiencing a change in circumstances are welcome to contact the CCA team; where practical, an alternative intake or transfer may be considered at CCA's discretion, but this does not create a refund entitlement.

If CCA permanently cancels a programme before delivery begins, the refundable amount will be the programme fees received by CCA for that programme. If cancellation occurs after delivery has begun, the refund will be calculated against the undelivered portion of the programme tuition received by CCA.

The calculation may take account of discounts, scholarships, amounts already returned, completed services and non-recoverable third-party charges where permitted by law. A refund will not exceed the amount CCA received for the affected programme.

CCA will contact affected students if a programme is permanently cancelled. To complete the refund, we may request enrolment details, proof of payment and the information needed to return the funds. Once eligibility and payment details are confirmed, CCA will aim to process the approved refund within 30 business days, normally through the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply after funds are released.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of Sri Lanka. CCA may update this policy when its services or legal obligations change. The current version will remain available on this page and will show its latest update date.
